FlyJobCenter – Terms and Conditions

Notice : These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the FlyJobCenter addon (the “Product”) developed and owned by Mr_FLYTB (“Developer”). By purchasing, downloading, or using this Product, you agree to the following terms.
1. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resellable license to use FlyJobCenter on your Garry’s Mod server(s).
You may :
- Use the Product on your server(s)
- Modify the configuration files for personal server use
- Integrate it with your existing framework
You may NOT :
- Resell, redistribute, leak, or share the Product
- Share the source code publicly or privately
- Claim the Product as your own
- Reupload the Product to any marketplace or website
- Provide access to the files to unauthorized users

2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to FlyJobCenter remain the exclusive property of the Developer.
Purchasing the Product grants a license to use it — not ownership of the source code.

3. Modifications
You are allowed to edit the addon for your personal server use.
However:
- You may not resell modified versions.
- You may not distribute edited versions.
- You may not use modified versions as a base for another commercial product.

4. Support
Support is provided at the Developer’s discretion.
Support includes : Bug fixes, Installation help, Clarification on features.
Support does NOT include : Custom development, Server configuration unrelated to the addon, Third-party addon compatibility issues.

5. Updates
The Developer may release updates, improvements, or bug fixes at any time. Updates are included unless otherwise specified by the marketplace platform.

6. Compatibility
FlyJobCenter is designed to work within Garry’s Mod environments. The Developer is not responsible for conflicts caused by third-party addons, poor server configuration, or hosting performance issues.

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the marketplace platform’s refund policy. The Developer is not responsible for refunds processed outside the official platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Use of the Product is at your own risk. The Developer shall not be held liable for server crashes, data loss, or loss of revenue.

9. Termination
If you violate these Terms and Conditions, your license may be revoked without notice. In case of termination, you must remove the Product from all servers and storage systems.
